Heart of God International Ministries, Inc. (HGIM) is a growing network of International, National and Local ministries with the goal of bringing unity to the Body of Christ through a common effort to reach beyond social, economic, and religious barriers to bring hope and life to the world. As we partner together with like-minded and like-passioned organizations, we are commissioned to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to all.
St. Francisis of Assisi has been commonly attributed with saying, "Preach always, use words only if necessary" (paraphrase). It is our mission to "preach" by doing and showing, through demonstrations and actions by reaching wide and digging deep to touch the hearts of all mankind.
Healing Our Heroes
Once a hero, always a hero! But, even a hero can suffer wounds too complex to treat, too personal to share openly and too deep to heal without assistance. Our heroes deserve the opportunity to get the help they need when they find themselves dealing with problems bigger than life itself.
Healing Our Heroes (HOH) Network is a web-based “software as a service” (SaaS) application to anonymously connect military personnel with local resources based on specific need and unique life situation. Although many communities have extensive resources in place to address the needs of veterans and have done an excellent job of delivering online directories itemizing services, veterans seeking services are often in a stressful life situation which prevents them from easily reaching out to the cadre of services. HOH Network provides a dynamic, active complement to the broad range of community based resources in order to access exactly what the veteran and their family needs at the right time and in the right fashion. This dynamic outreach mechanism proactively engages service providers and other suppliers with building a trusted dialog with the veteran in a way that dispels any stigma associated with seeking help and/or concern over damaging a veteran’s career should their employer learn he or she is seeking out services or assistance with emotional issues.
